Hacen 3 docenas Deliciosas<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr style=\"width: 100%; border-width: 1px; border-style: solid; border-color: #CCCCCC; color: #ffffff;\" noshade=\"noshade\" width=\"100%\" \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Rose water shortbread cookies<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>1\/2 tsp. ground cardamom<\/li>\n<li>11\/2 cups white rice flour plus more for rolling<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup powdered sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup (1 stick) of unsalted butter,room temperature<\/li>\n<li>1 large egg<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. rose water<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. poppy seeds<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 1.5em; text-align: center;\">Step by Step<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Whisk cardamom and 1 1\/2 cups of rice flour in a medium bowl set aside<\/li>\n<li>Using an electric mixer, beat sugar and butter until smooth, add egg and rose water and beat to blend<\/li>\n<li>Put mixer on low speed and add the dry ingredients slowly (doug will be firm) cover and chill for 6 hours<\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven to 300 degree and scoop level table spoon of dough and with lightly flour hands roll in to balls<\/li>\n<li>Place the dough on lined cookie sheet spacing 11\/2&#8243; apart. Using a fork to make a pattern flatten balls to a 1\/4&#8243; thickness<\/li>\n<li>sprinkle with poppy seeds<\/li>\n<li>Bake cookies until firm but still pale 20 -25 minutes transfer to wire rack till cool.
