Agujerear con el tenedor 4 a 6 veces. ponerla en una chapa de hornear<\/li>\n<li>Hornearla por 45 min, o hasta que est\u00e9n suaves. Removerlas del horno y lavarlas con agua fr\u00eda luego pelarlas y triturarlas con un tenedor<\/li>\n<li>en un bol de vidrio mezclar el ajo, sal la pasta de ajonjol\u00ed y gradualmente hechar el agua y jugo de lim\u00f3n y batirlo todo bien<\/li>\n<li>mezclar suavemente la berenjena triturada a los ingredientes,Servirla con rodajas de lim\u00f3n, perejil y aceite de olivo.<\/li>\n<li>comerlo como tapa con pan de pita Arabe o servirlo con plato principal a lado. Pierce with a fork 4 to 6 time. Place in a baking dish<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Bake for 45 min. or until tender. Remove from oven and run under cold water, and peel and mash set aside<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0In a serving bowl combine garlic, salt and sesame seed paste, gradually add water and lemon juice beating well<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0fold in mashed eggplant.
