Freir la cebolla, ajos, chile, salchichas,hasta que esten doraditas hechar el pure de tomates, el vino y cocinar por 20 minutos a fuego lento,S\/P al gusto.Cocinar en agua hirviendo y salarla poner la pasta hasta el punto al Dente no sobre cocinarla poco durita colar la pasta y reserve un taza del agua de la pasta en caso necesario, mesclar la pasta con la salsa de tomates y salchichas. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until almost al dente and drain don&#8217;t over cook the pasta, reserve 1\/2 a cup of the cooking water.
